The person is required to participate in all phases of the application development as the term dictates. The person should be a strong learner, contributor and must take ownership of their work.

The person will need to communicate in conversational English, so strong communication and language skills are required.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of development experience in Sharepoint development and maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitors SharePoint software for any glitches or problems.
• Troubleshoots issues promptly.

• Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Perform SharePoint administration to include managing permissions – restrict and revoke access as required. Create, leverage and manage content types, site columns, lookups and templates for re-use in sites. Determine and create scalable structure for directorate, and branch sites. Ensure uniform navigation throughout sites. Manage search scopes and create project / document dashboards.
• Oversees activity pertaining to the maintenance of SharePoint.
• Manages and revises the layout of the site.
• Customizes SharePoint site for company purposes.
• Analyzes daily user activity on SharePoint.
• Maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity.
• Reports to company management with updates and information about SharePoint use.
• Provides technical support for SharePoint users.
• Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to SharePoint software.
• Applies updates to company’s edition of SharePoint as necessary.
• Holds training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint.
• Consults with management to devise the most useful ways to apply SharePoint to a business’s goals.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of past working experience in SharePoint.
• Experience programming in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, C/C++, XLM. Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
• Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing.
• Good interpersonal skill to interact with customers and team members.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

The candidate should have 1-2 years of development experience in PHP Laravel/ReactJS.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong character with the desire to excel and to be the best. A quick learner and go getter person.
• Strong OOPs & design patterns knowledge and the ability to apply those.
• Decent PHP 4/5.0, HTML/DHTML 5.0, CSS 3.0 and relational/object data store skills.
• AJAX/ jQuery and Bootstrap experience will be a big plus.
• Any experience of Laravel is highly desirable.
• Experience of VueJS/ReactJS is highly desirable.
• Should be able to write SQL queries and procedures.
• Should be a team player with strong ethics and friendly behavior.
